Days 01–07
Know your client & category
Define your service region, ideal functions, customer priorities, scope boundaries and three source-dated research questions.
Evidence: A positioning brief with confirmed facts and open questions.
Days 08–14
Discover, demonstrate & propose
Rehearse discovery and a focused platform demo. Compare equivalent scope, costs, approvals and alternatives before proposing.
Evidence: An operator-reviewed arrival, accessibility and transfer matrix.
Days 15–21
Practice the hard decisions
Run the category scenario, review your decision trail and rehearse a recovery. Have the responsible supplier or qualified lead review operational assumptions.
Evidence: A saved practice attempt and a reviewed contingency handoff.
Days 22–30
Apply, review & improve
Use a fictional rehearsal or an authorized event workspace to assign owners, due dates and dependencies. Review what changed and update your reusable checklist.
Evidence: A field review tracking unassigned transfers and missing dispatch confirmations.
Questions every transportation should ask
- Which operator confirms capacity, access and driver availability?
- What happens to guest arrivals when a transfer is delayed?
