Can we have an Indian wedding on a cruise?
Many lines run wedding or private-celebration programmes, and luxury lines and yachts offer charters. Each ship and sailing confirms ceremony options, fire or havan permissions, menus, private spaces and guest policies — we ask all of these in one brief.
Is a ceremony at sea legally binding?
It depends on the ship’s registry, the sailing and your home country. Many couples hold a legal ceremony at home and a symbolic ceremony onboard. Confirm with the cruise line and your officiant.
Can guests who aren’t sailing attend?
Some lines allow non-sailing guests at a ceremony in port, others don’t. It is one of the questions we put to every line you choose.
